Julien’s cuisine knowledge has been intricately moulded the last 15 years through the French and Australian hospitality industries. From Michelian star restaurants to the fast paced atmosphere of French brasseries, Julien’s passion for connecting his thoughtfully sourced produce to his customers is what drives his desire to provide the northern beaches with the best his country of birth has to offer.
Since taking ownership of Le Petit Marche in 2018, Julien and his partner Michelle have thrown their energies into developing the deli and wine side of the business. Now providing a range of delicious baguette sandwiches, traditional French hampers and increasingly popular wine and cheese nights, Le Petit Marche is committed to bringing new and exciting French based products for years to come to the Northern Beaches community.
