About the Rhone Valley Wines:
The mighty Rhone River winds down the Rhone Valley for 240km.
We will explore the two subregions of the Northern Rhone (Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Meridional). The North is famous for its Syrah + Marsanne, Roussanne & Viognier for the white.
In the South, they are famous for their blends such as Chateau neuf du Pape.

About the food:
This time, we're keeping the canapé menu under wraps – it's a surprise from start to finish! Benoit will curate the French favourite delights, featuring charcuterie and cheese, to transport you straight to France.
